WHAT IS

Pilates

Ideal to build a strong body especially your back and core, improve posture and flexibility and release body tension and mental stress. Learn self care techniques, deep stretches and meditation. For all levels even beginners.

How long is the class?

The class duration is 1 hour.

Where is the class held?

The class is held at 2 different venues St Peters Centre, Church Side and Bethel Methodist Church

How much does it cost?

Each session is £6 or 12 sessions for £60

What do I need to bring with me?

All you will need to being is a yoga mat (these are available to borrow on your first session)

Fitness Pilates - is brilliant! It is hugely enjoyable & does everything everyone said it would - it complements my weekly Cardiac Rehab gym classes perfectly & my fitness, flexibility, posture and balance have all improved immeasurably as a result. And, unlike my football & running, Pilates keeps my whole body fit, with exercises for my head, my toes, and everything in between! I probably should have listened earlier and started doing Pilates sooner, but hey, I'm a man aren't I!
