Pilates in the Park
Bring your workout outdoors🤸♂️ Fitness Pilates in the Park is for everyone regardless if you have done Pilates before or not. All exercises are adaptable for all levels. Great for back care - improves the core and your posture- strengthens and tones all the body- mindfulness help to de stress and relieve anxiety - a perfect start to your day enjoying time outdoors in the fresh air. Tackle your day feeling energised and relaxed 🧘♀️🙏
Classes are £6 / session or buy 12 sessions ( mix n match with all my classes) at £60
Ideal to build a strong body especially your back and core, improve posture and flexibility and release body tension and mental stress. Learn self care techniques, deep stretches and meditation. For all levels even beginners.
The class duration is 1 hour.
The class is held at 2 different venues St Peters Centre, Church Side and Bethel Methodist Church
Each session is £6 or 12 sessions for £60
All you will need to being is a yoga mat (these are available to borrow on your first session)
