"I always look forward to Tuesday mornings. I have been attending for nearly 3 years and have met some lovely people. Ulrika is fabulous, explains everything so well and makes it a very enjoyable experience. I can really feel a difference in myself, fitness and wellbeing wise. I have noticed such an improvement with my posture and hardly ever have backache any more."

"Ulrika’s Pilates classes are fun and relaxed but very effective. She takes the time to make sure everyone is happy with the class and individual exercises, and she does an excellent five minute relaxation at the end of every session (my favourite bit!). I’ve really noticed a difference in my flexibility since I started and I’m sure it benefits my sometimes troublesome back. Would recommend to anyone."

"Ulrika is friendly and makes you feel comfortable, there are people at different levels in the classes. No one competes you work at your own level and pace. You feel like you’ve had a good work out when you’ve finished the class. Tuesday class and a Friday class Pilates different routine. Monday yoga/Pilates combined I loved this level I could really feel a difference the following day I felt stronger if that makes sense. I’m getting fitter without killing myself. I would highly recommend Ulrika as an instructor. Trust me I’ve been to some horrendous classes. These are the best for me."

"I enjoy the Friday morning sessions and always feel that I benefit from the exercises, keeping myself fitter and more supple. Ulrika is aware of our capabilities and needs and ensure that she caters for individual levels of fitness by introducing alternative movements. I find balance a problem but when I think back to when I first began the Pilate sessions, there is some improvement, which will hopefully continue. There is a cheerful happy atmosphere at the sessions and I would recommend anyone to come along."

"I have enjoyed every class that I have attended with Ulrika. She makes every session fun and she inspires all with her enthusiasm and her sense of humour. Some of the moves can be challenging but Ulrika will always give an alternative which helps to ensure that nobody is feeling as though they are failing and can't do it. She will also give extra challenge to those who need it. She varies the sessions and keeps things interesting by using added equipment for example balls and stretch bands. My husband and I attend the classes together, which is also lovely for us, but the difference it has made to our backs and general level of flexibility has been brilliant. Thanks Ulrika. Long may you continue!!"

"I started the classes to help with my back problem and Ulrika made sure that I understood the moves and knew the easier options for each one to ensure that I didn't do too much too soon. I'm now able to do more than I ever thought I would, I still have the aches in my back but am now able to manage this much better. The classes are always well attended and there are people at different levels at all classes. You never feel silly when you aren't as flexible as some of the others in the class, it's about doing what's right for you and striving to be the best you can. I would certainly recommend it to anyone wanting something that gives you chance to have some time for yourself and learn about breathing, stretching and relaxing, which is important. Thanks Ulrika"

How do you rate the content, variety of moves and use of equipment? | Ulrika ensure that all classes are different because some people attend more than once a week. The routines changes roughly every 6 to 8 weeks which means that you can get really comfortable with them before moving on and used to using the equipment, whether that be balls or bands. |

"I look forward to all the classes i attend especially the dance fit. I leave feeling energised and positive. It give me a real feel good feeling. I Highly recommend dance fit. It takes a while to get to know the routines but things soon start to flow and fall into place. A great crowd of people who dont take things too seriously. Yogalates is great for the body and helps you focus on yourself. Its very rewarding when you start to move better and achieve those stretches which seemed a bit of a challenge in the early days."
